Mr Bajada is Executive Director of Spartan Nominees Pty Ltd, corporate consultants. He is a former stockbroker with many years experience in the corporate sector and has been involved in the management of public companies for many years fulfilling the roles of chairman and director. He is chairman of Advance Energy Ltd and AXG Mining Limited and managing director of Excalibur Mining Limited. He is also a director of Wesbeam Pty Ltd and Hawkesbridge Limited and is currently an independent director of the WA Local Government Superannuation Plan which has $1.1 billion of member funds under management.
Andrew Dimsey, Managing Director B.Bus CPA
Mr Dimsey has 27 years experience in the oil and gas exploration, development and operating industries in Australia and internationally. He has a commercial background and has held senior management positions in a number of public companies. He has significant experience in the the management and administration of public companies, mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructuring, oil and gas infrastructure development and management, establishing and managing new oil and gas operations and oil and gas marketing. Mr Dimsey has held senior management positions with Beach Petroleum NL, Alliance Oil Development NL, Claremont Petroleum NL, Origin Energy Ltd and ARC Energy Ltd.
Anthony Short, Director BPE, B.Comm, Grad Dip Fin, MAICD
Mr Short has over 16 years experience in the administration and management of listed public companies. He has extensive experience at board level in the management and formation of public companies in the areas of gold mining, drilling and oil and gas in the USA. He has held the position of Chairman, CFO and Managing Director in a number of listed public companies and has also acted as corporate advisor on a number of public company listings. He was a director of Amadeus Energy Ltd and is currently managing director of Advance Energy Limited and a director of Regal Resources Limited and Palace Resources Limited.
Lance Camacho, Company Secretary
Mr Camacho has over 13 years experience in managing corporate finance and administration at senior level. He has recently held the position of CFO and Company Secretary for companies listed on the ASX. Mr Camacho also held an executive directorship of an IT consulting company for five years.
